摘要
目的:探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影及其后处理技术在诊断主动脉夹层及其分型中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析21例临床确诊为主动脉夹层的急重症胸痛患者,所有病例均行64层螺旋CT血管造影检查并均行多平面重组(MRP)、容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及曲面重组(CPR)等后处理操作,分析其影像学特征并进行归纳总结。结果:21例主动脉夹层中,以DeBakey分型统计分别为I型13例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型6例,所有病例均清晰显示由内膜瓣分开的真假两腔、主要破口位置及累及范围。结论:64层螺旋CT血管造影在主动脉夹层诊断中有非常重要的意义及实用价值,可以明确诊断主动脉夹层并进行分型。
Purpose : to evaluate the value of 64 - slice spiral computed tomography angiography in diagnosis of acute aortic dissection and its Types. Materials and Methods: 21 cases confirmed by clinical originated with acute severe chest pain caused by acute aortic dissection were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were examined by 64 - slice Spiral CT Angiography. The images were processed by multiple planar reconstruction, maximal intensity projection, curved planar reconstruction and volume rendering, then the imaging features were obtained. Results: There were totally 13 case of Type Ⅰ, 2 cases of Type Ⅱ , 6 cases of Type Ⅲ, all cases were clearly displayed the true and false channel of dissection by the intimal flap, the main tear entry and the extent of dissection. Conclusion : 64 - slice CT has very important meaning and practical application value , also can be used correctly diagnosis of aortic dissection and its Types.
