药物联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察分析布地奈德、盐酸氨溴索和a-细心脑联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法观察组采用布地奈德、盐酸氨溴索和a-细心脑联合氧气驱动雾化吸入。对照组则地塞米松,a-糜蛋白酶,氨溴索联合雾化吸入。结果观察组38例,治愈35例,好转3例,无效0例。对照组治愈26例,好转9例,无效3例。结论布地奈德、盐酸氨溴索和a-细心脑联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎安全可靠,治愈率高。
