摘要
目的介绍应用LISS接骨板治疗胫骨下段骨折并观察其疗效。方法应用LISS接骨板治疗2006年12月～2010年12月胫骨下段骨折24例。术后拔出引流条开始不负重关节功能锻炼。结果所有切口均一期愈合,门诊复查平均4月骨折愈合。结论应用LISS接骨板治疗胫骨下段骨折能减少并发症,是胫骨下段骨折治疗的有效办法。
Objective To introduce application LISS steel treatment distal tibia fractures and observe the curative effect. Methods Using LISS steel treatment in December 2006 to December 2010 distal tibia fractures 24. Postoperative drainage to pull out the loading the joint function exercise. Results All are primary healing, incision average outpatient service review in Four months fracture healing. Conclusion The application of steel treatment LISS distal tibia fractures can reduce the complications, distal tibia fractures is the effective way to treat.
