摘要
针对多项目进度管理特点,考虑各个子项目工期对企业整体利益的影响,提出用关键链束表征多项目瓶颈的观点。借鉴单项目关键链管理方法,将约束理论与多项目管理实际相结合,对关键链束的识别及缓冲区的设置作了相应探讨,并应用实例进行演示。
A viewpoint is bring forward that should denote the taking into account the characteristic of multi-project and bundle multi-project " bottle neck" with critical chain the influence the sub-projects have on thetotal objective of the corporation. Then, the theory of constraints with multiple projects is combined, studied the identifying of the critical chain bundle and the setting of the buffers, adopting and ameliorating the traditional method of critical chain management. At last, there is a simple example to demonstrate the process.
