摘要
历史上我国多次进行西部开发,但效果大都不是很好。一个重要原因是在进行西部开发时没有培育西部自我发展能力,因此,当国家的外力支持一失去,西部经济社会发展就缓慢下来。本文回顾建国以来我国几次大的西部开发,基于培育西部自我发展能力视角,总结西部开发的经验,为今后的西部开发提供借鉴。
History of numerous times Western Development of China,but the effect is mostly not very good.One important reason is that during the development of the west did not foster the development of Western self-ability,therefore,when the country＇s help in a loss of the western economic and social development to slow down.This article reviews several times since the founding of our great western development,based on the ability to foster self-development Western perspective,summed up the experience of western development,western region development to provide for future reference.
