非艾滋病相关隐球菌脑膜炎的新认识 被引量:7

摘要 在中枢神经系统真菌感染中以隐球菌脑膜炎最为常见,是由隐球菌侵犯中枢神经系统所引起的严重感染。隐球菌至少有30多个种,其中具有致病性的绝大多数为新生隐球菌和格特隐球菌(过去分别称之为新生隐球菌新生变种和新生隐球菌格特变种),其它种类隐球菌如罗伦隐球菌、浅白隐球菌等偶可引起人类感染。格特隐球菌虽好发于免疫正常人群,
