The high - efficiency prime paint converted from water born rusts consists of new type water - based resin grafted with composite conversion agent. It has a good conversion performance for rusts and forms a hard adhesive corrosion - resisting film. It can replace san or ball blasting in the large steel structures. The application can reduce the operation costs and offers good environmental and social benefits without compromise of reducing corrosion resistance.
