摘要
特殊的地理和人文环境使得民族地区有丰富的旅游资源。由于旅游业对环境和生态资源的依赖性很强,循环经济发展模式较之传统经济发展模式更有利于民族地区旅游产业的可持续发展,它能使经济系统与自然生态系统的物质循环过程长期相互和谐。通过技术引进与创新、制度政策创新、有效的金融支持以及宣传教育的加强等具体措施可建立民族地区生态旅游循环经济体系。
Special geographical and cultural environment makes the ethnic minority areas have abundant tourism resources.As tourism on the environment and ecological resources highly dependent recycling economy development model than the traditional model of economic development in minority areas more conducive to the sustainable development of tourism industry.It can make the economic system and natural ecosystems of the material long-term cycle of mutual harmony. Through technology and innovation, system innovation policy and effective financial support and to strengthen publicity and education and other specific measures to establish eco-tourism area cycle of ethnic economies.
