摘要
上海轨道交通11号线跨泐马河桥为V形墩连续刚构,在施工过程中采用了V墩墩底顶推的施工工艺。顶推过程中V墩节点受力复杂,必须采用精细化的空间实体单元方法分析其空间应力。分析过程中采用了墩底线性接触宽度和非线性接触单元两种边界模拟方法进行对比分析,分析结果可为实际工程设计提供有价值的参考。
The continuous V-shaped rigid frame of Shanghai No.11 MRT Line over Lema River adopts jacking process at the bottom of V-shaped frame,during its construction stage.The V-shaped pier joint is under very complicated loading when it is jacked,so the fine three-dimensional solid element analysis method is needed to analyze its 3D stress distribution.Two different boundary simulation methods,linear contact width and non-linear contact element at interface of pier bottom,are adopted in the analysis for result comparison.The analysis results presented in this paper provide the project design with valuable technical reference.
