针对当前建筑市场日趋激烈的竞争趋势,从项目投标阶段、施工准备阶段、施工阶段和竣工交工与结算阶段入手,阐述了施工企业工程项目的成本管理与控制的具体措施,以期指导实践,提高企业经济效益。
Aiming at the increasingly competition tendency of architectural market,the paper illustrates frondose measures of costs management and control of construction enterpsise engineering program from the program bidding stage,the construction preparation stage,the construction stage and complete settlement stage,and improves the economic benefits of enterprises,so as to direct the practice.
