摘要
介绍了一种脉宽在0.45–8.5μs、幅度在100–300 V内可调,脉冲上升时间<30 ns的电源研制方案,阐述了电源的工作原理及调试过程。实验结果表明,设计的快脉冲电源稳定性高、电路简单。
A new power development program has been proposed in this paper. The pulse width is adjustable from 0.45μs to 8.5 μs, and amplitude from 100 V to 300 V, while the pulse rise time is less than 30 ns. The results show that this new power supply has high stability and simplicity.
