摘要
介绍了日本住友重机械株式会社CYRIS HM-12回旋加速器连续轰击靶15–60 min的18F–产量变化情况,分析了F100模块合成18F-FDG的影响因素及合成过程中常见故障和解决方法。结果显示,轰击时间段内,18F–产量为21.4-71.0 GBq,18F-FDG的合成率为48%-50%。合成系统管道堵塞、泄漏是合成过程常见故障。表明加速器靶轰击时间和18F-FDG自动合成系统的型号是影响18F-FDG产量和合成率的主要因素;合成系统的常规维护和日常检测、及时零件更换是减少管道堵塞、泄漏故障,保证18F-FDG正常合成的重要条件。
In this work, radiochemical yield of ^18F-FDG on a CYRIS HM-12 cyclotron with an F100 synthetic system was investigated by bombarding the 180 target for 15 to 60 minutes. The yield of ^18F ion after bombardments of 15-60 min ranged from 21.4 to 71.0 GBq, and the radiochemical yields of ^18F-FDG ranged from 48% to 51%. Also, failures the ^18F-FDG synthesis were analyzed. Piping block and leak of the synthetic system were of the biggest occurrence. To ensure successful synthesis of ^18F-FDG, routine maintenance, test and timely spares replacement are crucial.
