摘要
阐述了紫心甘薯的特点、营养价值、保健功能,分析了目前湖南省紫心甘薯开发利用的现状和优势,重点介绍了适合湖南省发展的紫心甘薯专用型品种和加工利用方法,同时对促进紫心甘薯的发展提出了几点建议。
The characteristics, nutrition values and health-care functions of Solanum tuberdsm were introduced at first. Then, status quo and advantages of development and utilization of Solanum tuberdsm in Hunan were analyzed. And then, the special varieties of Solanum tuberdsm that suit developing to Hunan and its processing methods were introduced emphatically, meanwhile, some suggestions for promoting development of Solanum tuberdsm in Hunan were put forward.
