摘要
对南京市城区独居老人入户访谈和发放问卷调查表明,独居老人的精神需求中社会尊重需求得到最好满足,生活安全需要中的基本生活得到了保障而医疗保障不足。独居老人亲情普遍缺失,情感慰藉方式消极简单,人际交往不足,自我实现的愿望不强烈。建议增强社区专业服务人员的数量,提高专业服务的水平,发挥家庭的作用,拓展各种渠道增加其自我实现的机会。
Questionnaire survey and home visit investigation of elders living alone in the urban area of Nanjing show that,among their spiritual needs,their need for social respect is best satisfied;among their living security needs,their need for basic living security is met whereas their need for medical security is insufficiently met.And the survey also reveals that elders living alone are generally lack of family love as well as interpersonal communication;and their ways of emotional comfort are simple and passive.They have little desire for self-actualization.And suggested countermeasures are to enlarge the amount of community service personnel,to improve the professional service capacity,to exercise the role of family,and to broaden all kinds of channels for increasing their opportunities of self-actualizations.
