摘要
目的:观察环磷腺苷葡胺联合辅酶Q10治疗手足口病合并心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:手足口病合并心肌炎的78例患儿随机分为两组:对照组41例,观察组37例。两组均采用常规治疗,卧床休息,镇静、吸氧、抗病毒、大剂量维生素C滴注等,观察组在对照组基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺联合辅酶Q10静脉滴注。观察比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为87.80%,对照组总有效率为62.16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为8.1%,观察组不良反应发生率为9.8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:环磷腺苷葡胺联合辅酶Q10对手足口病合并心肌炎患儿有较好疗效,不良反应轻微。
Objective： To observe effect of combination therapy of adenosine cyclophosphate and coenzyme Q10 on hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with myocarditis.Methods： A total of 78 hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with myocarditis children patients were randomly divided into two groups： 41 cases in control group and 37 cases in observation group.All patients had conventional treatment,including resting in bed,sedative therapy,oxygen inhalation,anti-virus therapy and drip of vitamin C at large dosage,etc.While patients in observation group had intravenous drip of adenosine cyclophosphate and coenzyme Q10 besides conventional treatment.The efficacy was observed and compared.Results： Total efficacy was 87.80% in observation group,and 62.16% in control group,with significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Incidence of side effect was 8.1% in observation group,and 9.8% in control group,without significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions： Combination therapy of adenosine cyclophosphate and coenzyme Q10 is effective on hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with myocarditis,with little side effect.
