摘要
模块化设计与建造是当今世界潜艇研制发展的方向和趋势,它既可以实现潜艇的并行设计和建造、模块设备预调试,提高潜艇生产质量与缩短研制周期,还可提供更为便利的设备安装进舱通道,为舱筏和集成式舱室等大型设备的上艇应用创造良好的工艺条件。本文以潜艇研制为对象,分析了模块化研制方式相对传统方式的优点,对模块化设计原则和方法开展了系统性研究和论证,并在此基础上提出了典型潜艇模块化建造工艺流程,归纳了模块化研制方式带来的新问题和技术难点,为开展潜艇模块化研制提供了强有力的技术支撑。
The mode of modular design and build is the developmental direction of submarine in the world,which can achieve simultaneous design and build,module and equipments can be debugged beforehand,improving quality of production and shortening develop periods.It can also provides more convenient route way for equipment coming into cabin,create favorable technologic condition for the application of large damping equipments.This paper analyzed the advantage of submarine's modular design and build contrasting traditional mode,which made systemic research and argumentation for the principle and method of modular design.Getting typical submarine's building techniques based on it.At last,this paper concluded the new problem and new technical difficulty which modular mode bringing on.This paper provides strong technical supports for the development of submarine's modular design and build.
