摘要
利用正交实验方法研究云母/β-锂辉石系微晶玻璃的最佳热处理制度。采用DSC、XRD、SEM、抗弯强度等分析手段,探讨晶相组成、微观结构和强度。结果表明:此系统复合材料的热膨胀系数明显小于云母系微晶玻璃且强度有很大的提高;晶化温度对晶相转变起决定作用,并在热处理过程,晶相由β-石英固溶体转变为β-锂辉石固溶体。
Using orthogonal testing method to get the best heat treatment system of machinable Mica / β-spodumene composite. The crystallization, strength mechanism and microstructure of this composite were studied by DTA, XRD, SEM and Bending strength, the results showed that the thermal expansion coefficient and the strength of this system was lower and bigger than mica glass-ceramic, crystallization temperature played a key role in the crystalling phase transition, in the heat treatment process, crystalline phase of β-quartz solid solutions turn to β-spodumene solid solutions.
