国内外海上风电场现状及其基础设施研究 被引量:6

摘要 风能作为一种清洁的可再生能源,越来越受到世界各国的重视。与陆上风力发电相比,海上风速大且稳定,可利用小时数可达到3000h以上。同容量装机,海上比陆上成本增加60%,电量增加50%以上。随着风力发电的发展,陆地上的风机总数已经趋于饱和,海上风力发电场将成为未来发展的重点。海上发电是近年来国际风电产业发展的新领域,是“方向中的方向”。通过对国内外海上风电场的研究现状及其基础设施应用情况进行调研,分析得到各种基础形式的适用范围,定制选型方案,并根据实际建设情况提出海上风电建设的主要技术困难。 As clean renewable energy, wind power is attention in the world more and more. Compared with on-shore wind power generation, off-shore wind rate is much strong and stabile, and utilization hours of off-shore wind rate can be achieved more than 3000 hours. As the same capability of the machine, the cost of off-shore is 60% more than that of on-shore, and the power of off-shore is 50% more than that of on-shore. As the development of wind power, the total number of on-shore generation become saturated, and off-shore wind farm will become development priority. In recent years, off-shore wind power generation become the new sphere in wind power industry. The status of off-shore wind farm and the application of the infrastructure are researched on, scope of application and model selection is given, and the difficulty in the construction of off-shore wind farm is put forward in this paper.
