摘要
为了实现渤海油田间的海管联网，海洋石油工程股份有限公司根据业主的要求，在渤南-龙口14”天然气外输管线上进行了不停输带压开孔作业，以便连接来自PL19-3油田的新铺管线。根据这一项目实例，阐述了水下不停输带压开孔技术和方法在海管连接方面的应用。
According to the owner＇ s requirement, Offshore Oil Engineering Company （COOEC） did the hot tapping operations at 14＂ BoNan to LongKou gas export pipeline so that it can be connected with new pipeline laid from PL19-3 oil field in BoHai bay. Refer to the project, this paper main describes the hot tapping technology which be used in the part of pipeline connection.
