摘要
SOLAS2009概率破舱稳性新规则已于2009年1月1日起正式生效。新规则较以往旧规则在计算方法上有重大调整,要求更为严格,且为新生效的强制性条款,自2009年1月1日起的新船或改造船舶必须满足新规则要求。针对SOLAS2009概率破舱稳性新规则,以5万t半潜自航船为例,介绍了基于NAPA软件的概率破舱稳性分析方法,以期对今后船舶设计与概率破舱稳性分析提供参考。
A new regulation of probabilistic damage stability in SOLAS became effective in January 1 st.2009. The new regulation has major differences in calculation methods from the previous regulation and has more strict requirements. It is an obligatory act that from 01/01/09, all new or rebuilding ships need to satisfy the requirements. The probabilistic damage stability analysis method based on NAPA software is introduced in this paper taking 50000 DWT semi-submersible heavy lift vessel as example and the method may serve as a reference for future ship design and probabilistic damage stability analysis.
