摘要
目的观察和探讨氨溴特罗口服溶液辅助治疗儿童常见呼吸系统疾病的有效性、安全性和依从性。方法选取133例常见呼吸系统疾病患儿,随机分治疗组(82例),对照组(51例),治疗组静脉滴注盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液7.5～15 mg,同时口服氨溴特罗溶液2.5～20 mL,对照组单纯静脉滴注盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液7.5～15 mg,比较各单项症状及体征评分及总积分和症状改善率、总有效率、药物依从性和不良反应。结果治疗组各症状及体征消失时间均比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应评分分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨溴特罗口服溶液治疗儿童常见呼吸系统疾病疗效显著,依从性高,安全可靠。
Objective To observe and discuss clinical effect and safety of ambrocol oral solution on assist treating the common respiratory disease of children.Methods 133 babies were selected randomly.The treatment group（82 cases）was given ambroxol hydrochloride glucose injection 7.5-15 mg and ambrocol oral solution 2.5-20 mL,while the control group（51 cases）was given ambroxol hydrochloride glucose injection 7.5-15 mg only.Situations of various single items,symptom improving rates and total effective rates,medicine compliance and adverse effects were compared.Results In treatment group,vanishing time of various symptoms is shorter than those of the control group obviously（P0.05）,the adverse effects of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group obviously（P0.05）.Conclusion Ambrocol oral solution treating the common respiratory disorder of children has remarkable effect,high compliance and reliable safety.
