摘要
心率变异性(HRV)是心脏自主神经均衡性的定量指标,常用于心脏神经系统功能变化的监测。常用麻醉药在麻醉诱导和维持中对HRV的影响,使心脏交感和副交感神经的张力及其平衡发生变化,从而影响心血管功能的稳定,对机体特别是并发心脏疾病者产生不利影响。围术期HRV分析不但可以监测麻醉药对心脏神经功能的影响,还可以预测心脏不良事件的发生。
Heart rate variability（HRV）is a quantitative indicator of the cardiac autonomic nervous balance,often used in cardiac nervous system function monitoring.The effect of commonly used anesthetic in induction and maintenance of anesthesia on the HRV changes the tension and balance of cardiac sympathetic and parasympathetic,which influences the stability of cardiovascular function and generates adverse effects on the bodies especially those with heart disease complications.Perioperative anesthetic HRV analysis not only monitors the cardiac neurological effects,but also predicts the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.
