摘要
向家坝—上海(简称向-上)±800kV特高压直流输电工程第3阶段系统调试初期,复龙换流站极Ⅰ高端换流变压器前3次充电均未成功。文中基于换流阀阀基电子设备(VBE)在换流变压器充电后启动的自检功能及其原理,结合换流阀冷却主回路的主副水泵切换逻辑与换流变压器在充电过程中产生的励磁涌流情况,深入分析了换流变压器充电失败原因,并得出结论:在换流变压器充电过程中,由于励磁涌流较大、送端系统较弱,导致换流母线交流电压畸变严重,使得换流阀自检功能误判认为阀出现故障,以及阀内水冷回路主循环泵异常切换,从而导致充电失败。根据分析结论,对相应问题提出了修改建议,为直流工程运行和以后的相应试验项目提供技术参考依据。
A particular analysis about the first three energization failures of pole Ⅰ high voltage converter transformer at Fulong station during initial stage of the third phase commissioning of Xiang-Shang ±800 kV ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC) transmission project is presented.Based on the function and operation principle of valve base electronics(VBE),switching philosophy of valve cooling system,and inrush current produced when energizing the transformer,a study on energization failure is completed.It is concluded that high inrush current and weak sending terminal,which causes distortion of bus-bar AC voltage,result in a valve fault erratically detected by the VBE,and valve cooling systems switching over abnormally so as to trip the transformer.Some suggestions based on the conclusion are proposed for solving these problems,which can also provide certain technical reference for normal operation of existing and coming projects.
