摘要
目的观察冠心宁注射液辅助西医治疗非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效。方法选择非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征患者108例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各54例,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用冠心宁注射液治疗,观察两组临床疗效、心绞痛缓解程度、心电图改善情况,检测凝血功能、血小板计数变化,记录药物不良反应。结果治疗组的心绞痛缓解程度及心电图改善情况显著高于对照组(P<0.01),对凝血功能及血小板计数无明显影响(P>0.05),两组均未见严重的药物不良反应。结论冠心宁注射液辅助治疗非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征能显著提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effects of Guanxinning injection on non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 108 patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （54 cases） and the control group （54 cases）. Both groups were treated with standard therapy. The treatment group was given additionally with Guanxinning injection. Therapeutic effects, angina relieves, ECG improvement, adverse drug reactions, changes of coagulation function and platelet counts before and after the treatment were observed. Results Both the angina relieves and ECG improvement shown in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）, while there was no significant diffrence between the changes of coagulation function and platelet counts of the two groups （P ~ 0.05）. Serious adverse drug reactions were not be observed. Conclusion Guanxinning injection for non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome could significantly improve the therapeutic effetcts.
