摘要
档案的收集整理占用到档案工作中大部分的工作量,是电子档案系统的核心模块,能真正体现出电子档案系统相比传统手工档案管理业务的优势。该文介绍了中国石油档案管理系统中收集整理模块的总体功能结构,以及其包含的各个子模块的工作流程。
Collection and arrangement of records, the core module of Electronic Records Management System, which occupy most part of work, relate to whether the advantages of Electronic Records Management System comparing with old handwork management of records are really obvious or not. The functions of the whole and every module of collection and arrangement in Electronic Records Management System of Petro China are introduced.
