摘要
目的:探讨不同模式气管插管教学效果。方法:将医护人员24人随机分为多媒体组、模拟人组和麻醉科教学组。教学结束后,考查各组临床气管插管成绩。结果:每组插管40次,多媒体组成功7次,失败33次;模拟人组成功17次,失败23次;麻醉科教学组成功39次,失败1次。组间比较,P<0.05。结论:麻醉科组教学效果优于多媒体教学组和模拟人教学组,采用麻醉科教学可提高医护人员气管插管成功率。
Objective: To explore the effect of different teaching models in tracheal intubation.Methods: 24 workers of our department who were not familiar with tracheal intubation were divided randomly into three groups: multimedia,simulative,and anaesthesia teaching groups.Results: Each group performss 40 times,the multimedia group succeed 7 times,failure 33 times;simulative group,success 17 times,failure 23 times;anesthesia group success 39 times,failure 1 time.Comparing between different groups,P0.05.Conclusion: The teaching effect of anaesthesia group is better than that of multimedia and simulative group and applying anaesthesia teaching model can increase the rate of success in tracheal intubation.
