摘要
目的:探讨不同模式气管插管教学效果。方法:将医护人员24人随机分为多媒体组、模拟人组和麻醉科教学组。教学结束后,考查各组临床气管插管成绩。结果:每组插管40次,多媒体组成功7次,失败33次;模拟人组成功17次,失败23次;麻醉科教学组成功39次,失败1次。组间比较,P<0.05。结论:麻醉科组教学效果优于多媒体教学组和模拟人教学组,采用麻醉科教学可提高医护人员气管插管成功率。
Objective： To explore the effect of different teaching models in tracheal intubation.Methods： 24 workers of our department who were not familiar with tracheal intubation were divided randomly into three groups： multimedia,simulative,and anaesthesia teaching groups.Results： Each group performss 40 times,the multimedia group succeed 7 times,failure 33 times;simulative group,success 17 times,failure 23 times;anesthesia group success 39 times,failure 1 time.Comparing between different groups,P0.05.Conclusion： The teaching effect of anaesthesia group is better than that of multimedia and simulative group and applying anaesthesia teaching model can increase the rate of success in tracheal intubation.
