摘要
目的探讨输尿管结石ESWL治疗失败后应用输尿管镜下治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2008年1月～2010年1月中,因输尿管结石ESWL治疗失败后,采用输尿管镜进行治疗的52例患者资料,观察其临床疗效。结果本组治疗全部排石成功。且患者住院时间短,无严重并发症。结论对于ESWL治疗失败的输尿管结石,采用输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石具有安全、高效、微创及并发症少、治疗结石一步到位等优点,可作为输尿管结石的首选治疗方法,在临床工作中值得推广。
Objective Inquire into urethra applying an urethra scope to down cure the clinical curative effect after becoming friends with the ESWL treatment the failure.Methods Select by examinations my hospital January,2008 to mid-January,2010,after curing the failure adopt 52 sufferer＇s data that the urethra scope carries on a treatment and observe its clinical curative effect because of urethra calculus ESWL.Results All of this treatments lines up stone success.And sufferer＇s going to hospital time is short,have no serious complications.Conclusion ESWL for ureteral calculi treatment failure,the use of ureteroscopic treatment of ureteral calculi is safe,effective,minimally invasive and less complications,treatment,step stones,etc.,can be used as the first choice for treatment of ureteral calculi in clinical work,worthy of promotion.
