摘要
目的应用HPLC法建立丹红注射液(丹参、红花)的指纹图谱。方法以AlltimaTM C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)反相色谱柱为分析柱,0.4%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm。结果丹红注射液各成分得到较好的分离,以原儿茶醛峰为参照物峰,确定了26个共有峰,10批丹红注射液指纹图谱相似度大于0.990。结论本方法可同时分离丹红注射液中的各成分,方法简单准确,稳定可靠,可作为丹红注射液的指纹图谱。
AIM To establish a fingerprint method of analyzing Danhong Injection(Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Carthami Hos) by HPLC.METHODS An HPLC in combination with PDA detector was applied with an Alltima TM C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column by gradient elution using acetonitrile-0.4% formic acid solution as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.RESULTS According to the selected chromatographic conditions,26 common peaks were obtained for standard fingerprint chromatography.The similarity of 10 batches of Danhong Injection was not lower than 0.990.CONCLUSION The HPLC method with good precision and reproducibility can be used for the quality control of Danhong Injection.
