摘要
随着社会的发展,企业改革不断深入,企业工会工作也面临着新情况、新问题。文章简要概括当前企业工会工作开展过程中遇到的主要问题,并从科学发展观的角度分析和寻求解决办法。
With the development of the society,the reforms in enterprises has been deepen and promoted,while the corporate labor union work has faced new situations and problems.The paper oudines the main problems in the current promotion of corporate labor union work,and seeks the solutions based on Scientific Outlook on Development.
