摘要
进入新世纪以来,全国每年的大学生就业率大致在70%左右,就业形势较为严峻,已经引起社会各界的关注。但是,中国大学生就业率不高是一个复杂的社会问题,是宏观和微观各种矛盾共同影响的结果。在分析近年来大学生就业状况及特征的基础上,指出导致大学生就业率不高有三方面深层次原因,一是教育政策调整的影响,二是人力资源配置模式改变的影响,三是高等教育个人投资受益下降的影响。文本最后提出,解决大学生就业率不高的对策必须是多方参与、多管齐下,统筹治理。
Since the 21st century,the employment percent of the college students in China has been 70%,which has attracted much attention from all quarters of society.However,this problem has very complicated reasons,which are caused both by macroscopic factors and microcosmic factors.This thesis points out three deep reasons of causing the low employment: the adjustment of the government education policies;the change of human recourses distribution;the falling of the benefits from college education for students.At the end of the thesis,a strategy is put forward to deal with the problem——the multi-party mode and overall management.
