摘要
师范教育的对象是学生,培养目标是教师。师范教育的关键在于培养师范生的综合素质。文中根据师范生目前的素质缺陷,并在剖析缺陷存在原因的基础上提出了新时期师范生素质培养的重要途径。
The objects of normal education are students,but the aim is how to make them to be qualified teachers.The focus of normal education is the comprehensive quality of students.Based on the present quality defects of students in normal colleges,this paper analysed the causes of these quality defects,put forward effective ways to cultivate students ＇ quality.
