梳型侧链结晶聚氯乙烯的制备与表征 被引量:5

Synthesis and Characterization of Comb-like Poly(Vinyl Chloride) with Crystallizable Side Chains

摘要 以聚氯乙烯(PVC)和月桂酸钠为原料,通过化学接枝法获得可侧链结晶的梳形PVC。利用FT-IR、1 H-NMR、GPC和DSC对接枝PVC的结构和结晶性能进行表征。结果表明:梳形侧链已成功接枝到PVC上,并形成侧链结晶。随着接枝率的提高,侧链结晶熔融焓增大。在反应温度70℃、反应时间9h、接枝物摩尔用量为50%时,接枝率较高,达6.72%,侧链结晶熔融焓约为13.4J/g。 With poly(vinyl chloride) and sodium laurate as raw materials,comb-like poly(vinyl chloride) with crystallizable side chains was synthesized by chemical grafting.The structure and crystallizability of the comb-like PVC were investigated by FT-IR,1H-NMR,GPC and DSC.The results showed that comb-like side chains were grafted to PVC backbone successfully and formed crystal.With the increasing of the graft degree,the melting enthalpy was improved.When the reaction temperature was 70 ℃,the reaction time was 9 h,and the content of monomer was 50%,the graft degree and crystallizability were better,reaching 6.72% and 13.4 J/g respectively.
