摘要
一项工作开展的成败,工作方法的创新起着非常关键的作用。在我们的教学实践中,只有不断创新教学方法,因材施教、因人施教,教师才能不断提升教学技能,学生才能学有成就。职业技术学院,是培养专门性人才的地方,职业性特点极为明确。为此,我在开展职业技术教学过程中,对以往的教学方法进行推陈出新,将项目教学法引入到了日常的会计教学过程中。其实践表明:此法,不仅能够增强学生掌握知识和技能的窍门,提高分析和解决问题的能力,而且还能充分挖掘学生学习的潜能,有利于对学生进行关键能力的培养。
a job success,work methods innovation plays a key role.In our teaching practice,the only constant innovation teaching methods,teaching students according to their aptitude,namely,teachers can continuously improve teaching skill,students can learn with achievement.Vocational and technical college,the place is to cultivate specialized talents with occupational features very clear.Therefore,I in developing vocational teaching process,to the traditional teaching method,introducing new project teaching method to the daily accounting teaching process.The practice shows that this method can not only enhance students to master the knowledge and skills,improve tricks to analyze and solve the question ability,and still can fully excavate students＇ learning potential,is advantageous to the cultivation of students＇ critical ability.
