工艺参数对大方坯结晶器流场和温度场影响的数学模拟

Numerical Simulation of Effect between Submerged Nozzle Structure and Fluid Field and Temperature Field in Mould for Bloom

摘要 利用Fluent软件针对大方坯结晶器建立了三维有限差分模型,计算了连铸结晶器内的流场和温度场,分析了浸入式水口倾角和水口出口面积对结晶器内流场和温度场的影响。当拉坯速度为0.5 m/min、水口浸入深度为120 mm时,大方坯结晶器流场和温度场分布较为合适。 A three-dimensional finite difference model of Nanjing steel bloom mould is constructed by means of a software Fluent.The fluid field and temperature field in the mould of bloom are calculated,the influences of submerged nozzle angle and size of nozzle port on fluid field and temperature field in the mould are analyzed.When The Billet Withdrawal Speed and the Nozzle Submerged Depth is respectively 0.5m/min and 120mm,distribution of fluid field and temperature field in the bloom mould is appropriate.
