筋膜内多重子宫动脉缝扎术治疗中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血临床观察 被引量：11

摘要 目的观察筋膜内多重子宫动脉缝扎术治疗中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的效果。方法中央性前置胎盘产妇32例,均行剖宫产术。20例术中行常规子宫动脉结扎术(对照组),12例行筋膜内多重子宫动脉缝扎术(观察组)。结果对照组术中出血(1849±536)ml,输血18例,手术时间为(135±42)min;观察组分别为(824±218)ml、6例、(62±49)min。两组术中出血量、手术时间相比,P均<0.05。对照组20例中有7例止血无效,其中3例行髂内动脉结扎,2例行全子宫切除术,2例术后行动脉栓塞术;观察组12例均成功止血,两组止血效果比较,P<0.05。结论筋膜内多重子宫动脉缝扎术治疗中央性前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血效果可靠。
