摘要
目的探讨大学生自杀意念、A型人格和防御方式特点及关系。方法整群抽取江西某高校406名大学生,采用自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)、A型行为类型问卷和防御方式问卷(DSQ)进行调查。结果 11.8%的大学生存在自杀意念;有自杀意念组A型行为发生率为54.2%,高于无自杀意念组的19.0%,差异有统计学意义;有自杀意念组在时间匆忙感、竞争敌意、A型人格总分、不成熟防御机制、中间防御机制上得分〔(15.81±3.4)、(13.65±3.09)、(29.46±5.63)、(4.91±1.00)、(4.66±0.53)〕高于无自杀意念组〔(11.72±3.56)、(11.83±3.40)、(23.54±6.03)、(3.80±0.76)、(4.43±0.60)〕,在成熟防御机制(5.30±1.02)上低于无自杀意念组(5.61±0.85)(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义;时间匆忙感、竞争敌意、不成熟防御机制、成熟防御机制对自杀意念各因子及总分有预测作用。结论大学生自杀意念受A型人格及防御方式的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between type A personality, defense style and suicidal ideation among undergraduates. Methods Totally 406 undergraduates in Jiangxi province were investigated with Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale （ SIOSS ）, Type A Behavior Pattern Scale and Defense Style Questionnaire（DSQ）. Results Of the undergrad- uates investigated, 11.8% had suicidal ideation. The ratio of type A personality for the student reporting suicidal ideation was 54. 2% ,which was significantly higher than that of students without suicidal ideation（ 19. 0% ）. Compared with those of the students without suicidal ideation, the students with suicidal ideation had significantly higher scores in time hurry （ 15.81 ±3.46 vs 11.72 ±3.56） ,competitive hostility（ 13.65 ±3.09 vs 11.83 ± 3.40） ,total scoce of type A personality （ 29.46 ± 5.63 vs 23.54 ± 6. 03 ）, immature defence style （ 4. 91 ±1.00 vs 3.80± 0. 76 ）, and intermediate defence style （4. 66 ± 0. 53 vs 4. 43±0. 60）, but lower score in the mature defense style （ P 〈 0. 05 for all）. Conclusion Type A personality and defense style have significant influences on suicidal ideation among undergraduates.
