摘要
介绍了含氟聚合物常见不稳定端基的形成方式和机理以及如何避免和稳定化处理的几种方法,以避免含氟聚合物分子链中的不稳定端基对加工及成品性能带来不利影响。在不稳定端基后处理方法中,氟化方法效果最好,热处理方法其次,甲酯封端法稍差些。为了有效地实现端基稳定化,须将聚合和稳定化后处理结合起来。
The unstable end groups in fluoropolymers effects on the propress and properites of the finished product.The different mechanism of unstable end groups formed in fluoropolymers and several ways to avoid forming or stabilize of the unstable end groups are introduced in this article.In several post-treatment processes of the end groups,the best way is fluorination,followed by heat treatment with hot water,and then methyl-terminated method.In order to realize the stability of end group,the polymerization and post-processing should be combined.
