摘要
反复惊厥发作是四次甲基二砜四胺(TET)中毒患者的典型临床表现,也是引发中毒人员死亡和迟发性脑损伤的主要原因,及时有效控制惊厥是TET中毒救治关键。本文结合国内外大量动物实验及临床成功救治经验,依据药物的作用机制,简述作用于γ-氨基丁酸受体药物、N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体拮抗剂、抗胆碱药和巯基化合物等抗TET中毒所致惊厥的研究进展。
The typically clinical symptom of tetramine(TET)toxication is repeated seizure,which often being the main cause of subsequent brain injury and death.Therefore,the key of TET treatment is to pause the ongoing seizure.On the basis of a series of results from animal experiments and clinical experience,research progress of the treatment drugs against tetramine-induced seizure including drugs which act on gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor,N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonists,anticholinergic drugs and sulfhydryl compounds are summarized.
