摘要
对比分析了国内外目前常用钢管产品标准对管体落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)的规定以及DWTT标准的差异。通过对比分析得出:对高钢级壁厚大于19 mm的管线管,DWTT的取样、试验方法以及温度降低幅度等需要进一步深入研究,以补充或完善标准不足。建议X52及其以上钢级,外径≥508 mm,壁厚≥8 mm的管线钢管应考虑进行DWTT,有关参数应根据具体情况综合计算给出。应尽快完善DWTT设备的校准、鉴定方法和规程,同时,完善、细化DWTT方法,以确保试验结果真实准确。
The regulations of DWTT in commonly used steel pipe product specifications at home and abroad,as well as the difference in DWT test standards,were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that,for sampling from the line pipe with high grade and wall thickness in excess of 19 mm,it should go further study on test method,temperature decreasing range and so on,in order to supplemen and perfect the requirements of the standard.It suggests conducting DWTT for products with X52 and OD≥508 mm,wall thickness ≥8 mm,the relevant test parameters will be calculated out according to the particular case.It should improve the calibration,verification method and regulations of DWTT equipment,refine DWTT method,to ensure the true and accurate test values.
