摘要
文化是经济增长的关键因素之一,对经济发展的作用不可忽视。本文运用人类学的方法,对西安回族清真餐饮业文化结构进行分层,剖析各个层面文化要素的特点、功能和相互间的影响,旨在为加快清真餐饮业现代化转型的进程提供可行性建议。
Culture is a key factor of economic growth,and the function of it to economic development also can not be ignored.For identifying the constructive and promoting factors of completing modernization transition of Xi'An Halal Food Beverage Industry,this article uses the anthropological method to stratify the cultural structure of it,to dissect the traits,functions and the interactions of its cultural elements at every layer,so that can provide recommendations to speed up its modernization transformation process.
