摘要
在需要节约一切可节约的经费和资源的情况下,实现信息共享,并提高医院的工作效率是卫生信息化的主要目标。卫生信息资源规划是充分利用卫生信息资源的前提条件,卫生信息资源规划由卫生行政管理部门发起,而在各级医疗机构的信息部门则是卫生信息资源规划的执行者,包括数据库的建立和管理、建设区域计算机网络、维护、各项政策法规的支持和规范,以及医院内部的财会管理信息化。
In order to save any resources as we can,sharing information and improving the working efficiency of hospitals is the main target. Planning health information source is the precondition of fully using health information sources. It is started by the health administrating department,and executed by all levels of medical units,including building and administrating of database,establishing and maintaining of computer networks,supporting of policies,and informationization of financial administration in hospitals.
