摘要
目的:探讨颜面部急症创伤后以美容整形方法精细修复的效果。方法:87例颜面部软组织外伤患者(挫裂伤41例,擦伤13例,刺伤12例,切割伤9例,撕裂撕脱伤11例,动物咬伤1例)用美容整形方法进行精细修复。结果:87例术后均为I期甲级愈合,切口线愈合平整,无凹陷及瘢痕增生,无缝线痕迹,效果满意。结论:以美容整形方法精细修复颜面部急症创伤,可以达到最佳的修复效果。
ObjectiveTo explore the optimal method of repairing facial injury in emergency by aesthetic surgery.MethodsTotal 87 cases with facial soft tissue injuries in emergency（41 cases ofcontusion,13 cases of abrasions,12 cases of stab wounds, 9 cases ofcut,11 cases of avulsion,1 case of animal bite） were collected and treated with aesthetic surgery.Results87 cases were primary healing.Repaired wounds were showed only tiny linear and light scars with satisfactory appearance.ConclusionIt＇s an effective method for facial injury with aesthetic surgery employed in emergency operation.
