摘要
采用"大学生情绪智力量表"和"心理自评量表(简称SCL-90)",对六所高校体育专业597名大学生的情绪智力和心理健康水平做了调查和分析,同时对比文、理专业的大学生的情绪智力水平。研究表明:体育活动对个体情绪智力的发展具有一定的促进作用;体育专业的男生在情绪评价力、情绪适应力和总分均显著高于女生,但在情绪觉知力和情绪调控力不如女生;情绪智力高年级(三、四年级)明显好于低年级(一、二年级);体育专业大学生情绪智力四个主因素和总分明显高于文、理专业大学生,但情绪觉知力显著低于文、理大学生;大学生情绪知力与性别、年级、专业的交互作用显著;体育大学生的情绪智力水平与心理健康关系密切,不同心理健康水平的大学生在知觉他人情绪、控制自我情绪方面均存在显著差异。
Adopting the psychological measurement method, this paper investigated and analyzed the emotional intelligence and psychological health level on sports majors of six universities and colleges. Furthermore ,it compared the emotional in- telligence level of college students of arts and sciences. The result shows that the sports activities in the development of in- dividual emotional intelligence has certain simulative effect. Sports major boys＇ emotional evaluation, emotional flexibility and total average score are significantly higher than girls＇ , but their emotional awareness and emotional control are lower than girls＇. Emotional intelligence of the senior （ grade 3 and 4） is significantly better than the younger （ grade 1 and 2 ）. Four main factors and total scores of emotional intelligence of sports majors are significantly higher but their emotional in- telligence is significantly lower than college students of arts and sciences. College students＇ emotional intelligence and their gender, grade, major interact significantly. Sports majors＇ mental health has a significant impact on their emotional intelli- gence, and college students of different mental health have significant differences in the perception of others＇ emotion and the control of oneselves＇ emotion.
