摘要
目的探讨在不同穿刺间隙进行腰-硬联合麻醉行剖宫产术的镇痛效果。方法将我院110例产妇随机分为2组,I组在L3～4进行穿刺麻醉,II组在L2～3进行穿刺麻醉,比较2组患者的镇痛效果。结果 II组患者的麻醉药物首次剂量、起效时间优于I组,P<0.05,2组患者的VAS评分和运动神经阻滞程度无明显区别,P>0.05。结论在L2～3间隙进行穿刺行腰-硬联合麻醉,能取得较好的镇痛效果,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective The margins of the different lumbar puncture--epidural anesthesia for cesarean section analgesia. Methods To our hospital 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups of maternal,Ⅰ set the needle in the L3-4 anesthesia,Ⅱ group puncture in the L2-3 anesthesia,the analgesic effect of two groups were compared.Results Ⅱpatients doses of narcotic drugs for the first time,onset time better than the Ⅰ group,F〈0.05,two groups of patients in the VAS scores and motor block was no significant difference, P〉0.05.Conclusion Gap in the L2-3 lumbar puncture--epidural anesthesia,can achieve good analgesia,it is in clinical use.
