摘要
目的:通过应用碘伏液和嘎木珠尔粉对黏膜炎护理的效果对比,总结出更有效的儿童白血病化疗后黏膜炎的护理方法。方法:对接受化疗的78例急性白血病患儿,进行碘伏液护理黏膜炎疗效观察,同时以传统方法蒙药-嘎木珠尔粉护理作为对照组。结果:碘伏液治疗组显效率和有效率分别为38.9%、52.8%;嘎木珠尔粉治疗组显效率和有效率分别为23.8%、43.9%;碘伏液治疗组的显效率和有效率与嘎木珠尔粉治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碘伏液对儿童白血病行化疗后黏膜炎的护理疗效肯定,方便见效快,明显优于嘎木珠尔粉治疗法。
Objective：According to compare the effect of using iodophor antiseptic to care rhinitis,I summarize that after chemotherapy a more effective nursing method to care rhinitis for childhood leukemia.Methods：Observe the 78 sick children who are taken a cure of acute leukemia,at the same time,make the traditional nursing which is Mongolian Medicine-gamuzhuer as control group.Result：By using iodophor antiseptic,the efficiency rate of treatment group is 38.9%,and its effective rate is 52.8%;by using gamuzhuer,the efficiency rate of treatment group is 23.8%,and its effective rate is 43.9%.So,there is a big significance between iodophor antiseptic treatment group and gamuzhuer treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：After chemotherapy of childhood leukemia,the nursing effect of caring rhinitis is affirmative,convenient and quick in effect by using iodophor antiseptic.It is conspicuous superior to gamuzhuer.
