有岛武郎是日本"白桦派"作家中最富思想性、受西方思想影响最深的作家之一。贯穿有岛文学的一条纵线,就是他个性化的人道主义精神。他的文学思想散见于他的小说、剧本及文学评论之中。有岛的文学思想是他文学遗产的一个重要组成部分,对我们理解有岛的文学创作很有帮助。
Takeo Arishima, known as one of the central figures in the Shirakaba group, is a deep and thoughtful writer influenced profoundly by western ideology. He expresses personalized humanism in his novels, plays and literary criticism and other major works, which, in turn, offers chances for people to better understand Arishma＇s writing style and composition.
