摘要
目的总结老年人常见心血管疾病的临床表现及诊治经验,指导后续临床工作。方法总结分析了回顾性分析了我院心内科门诊的110例老年心血管患者的基本临床资料,根据患者一般情况及生命体征,完善相关检查,必要时予以特殊检测,根据结果予以诊断,110例患者中,冠心病54例(其中伴心肌梗死的21例),高血压61例,心肌梗死23例,兼有慢性心衰者21例,合并血脂异常者26例,合并糖尿病者22例,退行性心瓣膜病变者4例,发生脑血栓者24例,并给予相应处理。结果老年患者抵抗能力较差,病程较长,病情发生突然,并反复发作,多合并有多个系统的病理改变,门诊医生仔细挖掘病史,综合分析,给予正确诊断及相应治疗。结论综合病史,完善相关检查,密切监测血压血脂,综合分析,正确诊断,积极防治,可有效提高老年心血管患者的生活质量,延缓病情进展。
Objective To summarize the elderly common clinical manifestations of cardiovascular disease and treatment experiences to guide subsequent clinical work.Methods A retrospective analysis analyzed my heart hospital medical clinic, 110 cases of elderly cardiovascular patients with the basic clinical data,according to the general situation and patient vital signs,improve the relevant inspection,special inspection to be necessary,according to results to be diagnostic,110 patients,coronary heart disease in 54 patients （including 21 patients with myocardial ilfarction）,hypertension in 61 cases,myocardial infarction in 23 cases,21 patients with both chronic heart failure,dyslipidemia,26 patients with diabetes in 22 cases,degenerative heart valve disease in 4 cases,thrombosis occurred in 24 cases,and appropriate treatment.Results Elderly patients with less resistance,longer course,sudden illness,and recurrent,and more associated with pathological changes in multiple systems,patient medical history of careful excavation,a comprehensive analysis,to give the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment.Conclusion The comprehensive medical history,complete the relevant checks,close monitoring of blood pressure,blood tipids,comprehensive analysis,the correct diagnosis, a positive control,can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with cardiovascular,slow disease progression.
