摘要
目的探讨心理护理对老年期精神分裂患者康复的临床效果。方法将我院120例老年期精神分裂患者随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组仅采取常规抗精神病药物和常规护理干预,而干预组在此基础上还进行了综合的心理护理干预。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的住院时间大大缩短,治疗效果更好,出院后复发率也降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预对于老年期精神分裂症患者的疗效显著,可明显降低患者住院治疗时间,减少医疗消耗,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the psychological care of elderly patients with schizophrenia rehabilitation of the clinical effect.Melhods 120 patients with senile hospital patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group （60 cases） and the observation group （60 cases）,the control group only to conventional antipsychotics and conventional nursing intervention,and on this basis,the intervention group also conducted a comprehensive psychological nursing interventian.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group significantly shortened hospital stay of patients,better treatment,reduce the relapse rate after discharge,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention for older schizophrenia patients with a significant effect,patients can significantly reduce hospitalization time,reduce health care consumption,is worthy of promotion.
