摘要
目的使患者得到安全、有效、经济、合理的治疗药物。方法从加强病区药房药品质量管理、改变药品配送模式、临床科室备用基数药品的监督管理、建立药历等4个方面提供优质的药学服务。结果与结论为患者提供良好的药学服务,可优化服务流程,提高药品质量,确保临床用药安全。
Objective To make the patients to obtain safe,effective,economic and rational medication.Methods The high quality pharmaceutical care were provided in 4 aspects of enhancing the quality management of medicines in the inpatient area pharmacies,changing the drug distribution patterns,supervision and management of spare basic drugs in clinical departments and establishing the patients＇medication records.Results and Conclusion Better pharmaceutical service was offered to the patients,the service process was optimized,the drug quality was increased and the safety of clinical medication was ensured.
