滚动状态下轮胎漏气过程的有限元模拟

摘要 在考虑轮胎与轮辋及地面接触的情况下,借助ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立了轮胎的平面轴对称模型和三维有限元分析模型。首先,利用平面模型分析了轮胎与轮辋的装配过程和充气过程;然后,利用轴对称到三维的分析方法,分析了轮胎在垂直载荷作用下的接地问题和在低速滚动下轮胎的漏气过程。给出了轮胎与地面接触界面上的压力分布;分析了在不同时刻漏气后轮胎的变形情况,并预测了漏气过程中轮胎下沉量与时间的关系。 Taken the contacts of tire-rim and tire-road into account,an axisymmetric and a three-dimensional finite element tire models with the aid of ABAQUS code are constructed in the present study.Firstly,using the axisymmetric model,the rim is mounted in the tire,along with the tire being inflated.Secondly,in order to reduce the cost of calculation,with the help of the advanced method of axisymmetric model to three-dimensional model,the problems of tire-pavement contact and the air leak of rolling tire with low velocity are analyzed.The distribution of contact pressure at tire-road interface is presented,and the deformation configures of the air leak tire at different times are also given.Furthermore,the relationship between the sinkage of tire and the time of air leak are predicted.
